Auburn, WA About the Role ( Read Carefully Before Applying ): This is a physically active, outdoor position working around vehicles all day.
You will be:
Outside in all weather conditions Moving in and out of vehicles frequently Responsible for accurate, detailed documentation that impacts vehicle sales If you prefer a desk job or a slower-paced environment, this role will not be a fit.
What You'll Do :
Outside Coordinators play a key part in preparing vehicles for sale, ensuring accuracy, quality, and top-notch service for our customers. It's a hands-on position that blends field work, communication, and operational coordination. Conducting thorough quality checks on all vehicle inspectionsand condition reports for Fleet vehicles Communicating with commercial accounts regarding conditions, recommendations and all matters pertaining to their consignment Recommending value-added repairs and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale Ensuring vehicles move through the reconditioning process (Body, Mechanical, and Detail) in preparation for sale. Verifies vehicles are ready for scheduled sale dates and ensures vehicles are prepped and staged for sale within the required timeline. Monitors inventory flow and age to ensure all commercial account metrics are met. Supporting operations with a team-focused, service-driven approach You notice details others miss Your reports are consistent, accurate, and reliable You stay focused and productive without constant supervision You can keep pace in a high-volume environment
Non-Negotiable Requirements :
Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3-year abstract required) Comfortable working outdoors year-round Ability to frequently enter/exit vehicles and stay active throughout the day Strong attention to detail (this is critical to the role) Comfort navigating mobile apps and working outdoors Preferred ( Will Set You Apart ): Experience in auto body, paint, or mechanical repair Experience inspecting or evaluating vehicles Experience with AutoIMS, ASI, or similar software Why DAA Seattle ?
