GRPC Description:

A Shipper/Receiver manages the incoming and outgoing flow of goods, materials, and inventory inside a warehouse or manufacturing facility.

Requirements:

1+ years' of Shipping/Receiving experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to stand for long shifts and frequently lift up to 50-75 lbs.

Basic Math & Tech Skills:

Strong arithmetic for counting/reconciliation and familiarity with warehouse management systems or databases.

Responsibilities:

Receiving:

Unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming items for damage, and verify counts against purchase orders, invoices, or packing slips.

Shipping:

Pack, seal, label, and organize outgoing products. Prepare shipping documents like bills of lading.

Material Handling:

Transport goods throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts.

Inventory Control:

Conduct cycle counts, reconcile stock discrepancies, and update computerized inventory databases.
