OPERATIONS LEAD - WAREHOUSE
Pay:
$25.00/hour
Schedule:
Sunday at 5:00 AM; Monday-Thursday at 1:30
PM Schedule:
5 days per week We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and support the team in maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both employees and management.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily warehouse operations Assign and coordinate daily tasks with warehouse employees Monitor workflow, productivity, and order accuracy Assist with training and onboarding of team members Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed Help resolve day-to-day operational issues Communicate effectively with employees and management Assist with equipment and warehouse operations as needed Perform hands-on warehouse duties when required Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience Demonstrated job stability, including at least one position held for 3+ years Bilingual English/Spanish required Basic computer skills Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Equipment operating experience (forklift, cherry picker, etc.) is a plus Ability to work the required schedule

1:30 PM start 5 days per week
