About the Role The Back Office & Customer Service Assistant plays a key role in supporting the supply chain operations at WFDC. This position is responsible for daily operations within our ERP, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with internal and external teams. Additionally, the role serves as a primary point of contact for franchisees, providing timely updates and resolving order-related issues to ensure excellent service and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Duties Back Office Support Support internal and external teams by executing special projects within our ERP Investigating various incidents for our stakeholders to determine a root cause and resolution. Monitor automation programs to ensure efficiency and accuracy, and communicate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. Utilize external systems and internal ERP to gather data, analyze issues and support troubleshooting efforts. Respond to team emails in a timely manner, resolving issues directly or routing them to the appropriate resource for resolution. Customer Service Support Serve as the point of contact for franchisees regarding delivery status, delays, or order issues. Respond promptly to phone calls and emails, providing clear and accurate information. Proactively investigate and resolve order-related problems in coordination with suppliers, logistics, and internal teams. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders/franchisees by ensuring excellent service and follow-through. Accurately track data to allow for company's performance metrics to be tracked. Assist with data entry and reporting to support inventory and purchasing. Support special projects or ad-hoc assignments as needed. Oher tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in back office operations, customer service or supply chain support (or a combination of the 3). Proficiency in Microsoft Suite ( Excel , Outlook, Word) and ERP systems. Familiarity with ticketing systems a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (logistics, suppliers, carriers, and internal departments) Identify problems and have a problem-solving mindset. Experience handling high-volume email Physical Demands Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times What's On the Menu for You?
