We help brands scale in the U.S. by providing reliable fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and dedicated client support from inbound to last-mile. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is efficient, physically capable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting with accuracy and consistency. Warehouse Associates play a key role in ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to workplace safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and productivity standards Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals Basic communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus) Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic Forklift certification is required (Stand-up forklift) Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
