Job Description

Overview Selution, in partnership with Cordis, specializes in the development of ground-breaking technology and commercialization of advanced drug device combination products for the treatment of coronary and peripheral artery disease. Our mission is to revolutionize healthcare by creating next-generation solutions that address unmet and critical medical needs. Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate II to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the movement of materials within our facility, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork. The Warehouse Associate II will receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing slips and confirm all CofC/COAs are present. Responsibilities Properly store and distribute materials in designated areas, ensuring optimal organization and accessibility, (ie. KANBAN, Stockroom) Prepare and package materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standards. Ensure all production and inventory-related system transactions are completed in a timely manner. Assist Materials team in providing Kanban component fulfilment and cycle count processes Provide work order support to meet production schedules and assist in production prioritization Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production needs and respond to material requests. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Requirements High School Diploma, AA preferred. At least 4 years' experience related to purchasing in a manufacturing and engineering environment. The ability to problem-solve and influence others through both data and strong relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office. Experience with
ERP/MRP/LEAN
systems preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Pay / Compensation The expected pre-tax pay rate for this position is $19.04 - $23.53 hourly. Actual pay may fluctuate outside of the listed range depending on skills, education, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
