Main Responsibilities:

Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products Ensure Safety compliance. Maintain & record maintenance of any/all equipment Provide courteous customer service. Operate all equipment & vehicles according to COFC policy and procedure along with all local, state, and federal laws. Properly load/unload trucks Properly load railcars Operate various equipment Perform minor maintenance and greasing of equipment Assist with cleaning of bins and silos Required Qualifications Must have good attendance Must be safety minded Must be able to meet and work with strict deadlines Must possess a strong attention to detail Must have good communication skills Initiative to work independently and also in a team environment Adaptable, self-starter, dependable Must be able to work outside Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record. No OVI, DUI or more than two (2) points on record. Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
