Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM 1st Shift 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM 2nd Shift- OR - 4P-4A Every other weekend: one additional workday Overtime opportunities available and expected as production demands require Position Summary This is not your typical manufacturing job. While much of your work will support our contract manufacturing operations, we take pride in handling many projects in-house rather than outsourcing them. As a result, employees may have opportunities to assist with a wide variety of tasks that help improve and maintain our facilities and operations. In addition to production work, employees may occasionally participate in projects such as: Roofing and building maintenance Concrete and construction-related projects Landscaping and grounds improvements Facility upgrades and capital improvement projects Equipment installation and shop organization General maintenance and improvement initiatives We're looking for people who enjoy variety, take pride in their work, and are willing to tackle new challenges when they arise. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery Follow work instructions and quality standards Assemble, package, and inspect products Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete production documentation accurately Support facility improvement and capital projects as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work as part of a team to meet production and company goals Assist in other operational areas as required What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and be trained Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability and desire to work overtime Comfortable performing a variety of tasks, both inside and outside the production environment Ability to follow instructions and work safely Team-oriented mindset Pride in a job well done We Can Teach Skills.
