Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and become the friendly, helpful voice that guides our valued clients through their experience with us. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, providing exceptional support and ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and efficient. Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multi-line phone systems, email, and in-person interactions Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area Utilize computer skills to perform data entry, update customer records, and manage filing systems accurately Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling Support office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized records Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly manner Process customer policy change requests. Take premium payments from customers Skills Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing professional customer service Bilingual abilities are necessary to assist diverse client needs effectively Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy office environment Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, calendar management, and administrative support Knowledge of office management practices combined with experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in documentation and data entry Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) This role is perfect for someone eager to leverage their office experience while delivering outstanding customer service.
