Providing customer support through inbound phone calls, email, and chat Assisting customers with account inquiries and resolving issues professionally Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service solutions Utilizing active listening and problem solving skills to address customer concerns Documenting customer interactions accurately and efficiently What do you bring? Positive, can do attitude High School Diploma or GED required 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred Call center experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ Flexible full-time scheduling within our extended operating hours (10:30 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday to Saturday), offering a variety of shift opportunities throughout the week.
