This role is responsible for coordinating and serving as a liaison between our service department, customers and service teams, ensuring an efficient workflow with a strong focus and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between service departments, technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow Coordinate with service to support timely completion of repairs and maintenance of preowned vehicles. Oversee repair order processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership services to effectively support the department Communicate proactively with the department regarding service status, timelines, and follow-up needs while resolving concerns professionally Ensure service records are accurate, complete, and up to date Collaborate closely with the service department and Used Car department to support daily operations and workflow efficiency Meet or exceed performance goals related to service retention, and revenue generation

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

MANDATORY

of 3 plus years' service advisor experience. Minimum of 3 plus year dealership experience required. High line experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Office and dealership management systems. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Desirable:

Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
