Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
