Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service, Collections, and Clerical professional to join our support team. In this role, you will be the vital link between accounting and sales , ensuring smooth financial transactions and exceptional service. Your expertise will help optimize revenue cycle management, resolve billing issues, and maintain accurate account records. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in , collections, and administrative support will make a meaningful impact. Duties Manage our accounts by performing account analysis, reconciliation, and resolving billing discrepancies using accounting and medical billing software. Conduct collections activities through phone calls and written correspondence, employing effective negotiation and phone etiquette to recover outstanding balances. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately within financial software systems, ensuring timely payments and collections. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, providing excellent customer service while explaining billing procedures or resolving concerns. Perform account reconciliation to ensure all debits & credits are correctly posted; analyze accounts for discrepancies or errors requiring correction. Assist with revenue cycle management tasks such as verifying insurance claims, f Proven experience in collections or medical billing within a healthcare setting is highly preferred. Strong understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial concepts related to healthcare finance. Experience using accounting software and billing systems; proficiency in financial software is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate clients Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes including account analysis, reconciliation, and insurance claim follow-up. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
