Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via online chat to address their questions and concerns. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using chat software and basic computer applications. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Nice to have Experience in an educational environment or knowledge of educational products. Fluency in additional languages. Familiarity with CRM systems.
