Job Description

Senior Customer Service Representative Status:
Full-time 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
Pay Range:
$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
Location:
Richmond, CA PrideStaff has partnered with a premier local service leader to find a high-level professional who stays calm when the water is rising. Our customer's clients call when they're having a bad day—leaking pipes, clogged drains, and high-stress home emergencies. We are looking for a Senior CSR who isn't just a "dispatcher," but a calming force and a brand ambassador. If you have a "smile you can hear over the phone," a mastery of ServiceTitan, and the creative spark to manage a digital brand, you are the candidate we've been waiting for.
What You'll Be Doing The Front Line of Empathy:
Act as the first point of contact for stressed homeowners. You'll use your excellent "phone bedside manner" to de-escalate anxiety and book calls with precision.
ServiceTitan Operations:
Manage the daily workflow, dispatching, and customer profiles within ServiceTitan (highly required).
Data & Reporting:
Use the MS Office Suite—specifically Excel—to run performance reports, handle data imports/exports, and utilize formulas to track our success.
Creative Brand Management:
Use Canva to design fresh, engaging posts and update brand iterations.
Social Media Maven:
Manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring our Richmond/Alameda/Marin/Solano/Contra Costa county communities know exactly who to call in a pinch. The Requirements To thrive in this role, you must bring a blend of technical skill and genuine kindness:
ServiceTitan Mastery :
Previous professional experience with ServiceTitan is a non-negotiable requirement.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, data management) and the broader MS Suite. The "Voice": A professional, warm, and clear phone demeanor. You should be able to turn a frustrated caller into a lifelong fan.
Creative Flair:
Experience with Canva and a solid understanding of social media trends and platform management.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills are a must.
