Job Description

We are a very busy Veterinary hospital and candidate MUST have 1 year of prior, recent and consistent veterinary reception experience. Seeking an energetic, patient, friendly, articulate and organized person. Excellent time-management skills required.

Job entails:

Scheduling of appointments & surgeries, creating estimates, billing, answering multiple telephone lines, filing, updating medical records, emailing, entering new client data, processing online pharmacy requests. Confidence & excellent computer skills required, as well as being a great team player & excellent communicator. Must be capable of multi-tasking while providing outstanding customer service. "Avimark" software knowledge a plus+ Bilingual a plus+ Some weekdays & and early evening necessary. •You must be able to arrive at 8 am daily, work until close, and work Saturdays. 8am to 2:30p.
