This is a hybrid role responsible for customer service, dispatch coordination, and inside sales support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating with customers, drivers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Process orders, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain professional and relationship-driven communication Dispatch & Logistics Support Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups Communicate with drivers, freight carriers, and internal production teams Track shipments and proactively address delays or issues Maintain accurate order and delivery records Sales & Account Support Assist with quoting, order follow-ups, and customer retention Identify upsell and additional service opportunities Support existing accounts and assist with onboarding new customers Qualifications 2+ years experience in customer service, dispatch, sales support, or logistics Manufacturing, pallet, lumber, or transportation industry experience preferred Strong communication skills (phone, email, customer interaction) Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable with pricing discussions and customer follow-ups Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
