Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier.POSITION IS MONDAY
- FRIDAY 9:30A
- 5:30P.
WEEKENDS OFF.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various sales tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales
- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demos when necessary
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
