This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to shifting priorities as needed. Responsibilities Photograph and upload new samples to the company server and designated folders. Communicate with vendors to request fabric swatches, materials, and samples. Assist with creating and coordinating color options for designs. Organize and maintain design tech packs, patterns, and related files. Provide administrative support, including data entry and purchase order follow-up. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Production teams to support daily design operations. Receive, organize, and track fit samples throughout the development process. Maintain a basic understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and sewing techniques. Assist the Design team with various projects and day-to-day tasks as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the wholesale fashion industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and sewing techniques. Fashion Design degree or related education preferred. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
