Responsibilities Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for events, retail displays, and special orders, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related accessories, providing expert advice on floral care and design options Maintain the freshness and appearance of all floral products through proper handling, hydration, and storage techniques Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and supplies; perform stock replenishment and merchandising to maximize visual appeal Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Support outdoor work tasks such as garden maintenance, lawn care, landscape upkeep, and plant identification when required Collaborate with team members to organize displays, ensure cleanliness of work areas, and uphold safety standards Skills Extensive experience in floral design with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skill Knowledge of horticulture practices including gardening, plant identification, landscape maintenance, and lawn care Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, merchandising, stocking products, and customer service excellence Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clientele Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Experience with e-commerce platforms for online order fulfillment is desirable Outdoor work experience including gardening or landscape projects enhances versatility in this role Join us if you're eager to turn your floral artistry into memorable experiences for our customers!
