QUALIFICATIONS :

1.Prefer certified teacher from the Gull Lake Community Schools 2.Previous coaching experience required 3.Prefer 2 years of prior successful basketball coaching experience 4. Knowledge of technical aspects of basketball 5. Must demonstrate patience and attention to detail 6. Ability to motivate young athletes 7. Have a positive attitude and ability to maintain a high level program 8.Prefer academic coursework beyond High School level 9. Professional in personal conduct and action 10. Excellent communication and organizational skills
