Valid Delaware Paraeducator Permit required (no exceptions; must be uploaded at time of application) Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar student-support role highly valued Flexibility and willingness to float between assigned school sites as scheduling needs change Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude Willingness to obtain $85 CBC fingerprinting clearance prior to start Ability to work the scheduled hours for middle, high, or elementary/EC schools

Responsibilities:

Provide paraprofessional support as needed across various campuses within the district Follow lesson plans, assist classroom teachers, and support students' diverse learning needs Adapt quickly to different educational environments and age groups Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere Collaborate with educators to reinforce lesson objectives and manage classroom routines

What You'll Experience:
