KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our CDLC of Maple Grove center to create a nurturing, engaging environment for young children. In this role, you will design and lead developmentally appropriate, play-based lessons that support each child's cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, observe and document progress, and maintain open communication with families. Working within KinderCare's collaborative culture, you'll participate in training, contribute to program development, and have opportunities for career growth as you inspire a love of learning. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and development. Communicate regularly with families about children's experiences and growth. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide programs and events. Follow Kinder Care and state licensing policies and procedures. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
