Job Overview Ferncroft Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our Golf Outside Operations team. This position plays a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for members and guests by maintaining golf operations facilities, preparing carts, assisting golfers, and ensuring the practice areas are always presentation-ready. Responsibilities Greet members and guests in a professional and friendly manner Assist with golf bag handling, loading, and unloading clubs Clean, stage, and prepare golf carts for daily play Wash and fuel carts as needed and report maintenance concerns Maintain practice facilities, including driving range, putting greens, and short game areas Pick, clean, and rotate range balls throughout the day Keep cart storage areas, bag room, and golf operations facilities clean and organized Assist with tournament and event setup, including cart staging, signage, and practice facility preparation Monitor pace of play and support golfers as directed by Golf Operations staff Provide exceptional service while maintaining club standards and professionalism Follow all club safety policies and procedures Requirements Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Golf knowledge is preferred but not required Join us in this energetic role where your skills will directly contribute to safe, efficient outdoor operations! Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
