Key Qualifications:
Current Delaware Paraeducator Permit (required at the time of application; pending permits must be accompanied by a DEEDS portal screenshot) Experience as a school paraprofessional, especially in early childhood or elementary education settings, is highly valued Able to cover the $85 CBC fingerprinting fee and complete all required onboarding steps, including a TB test (if applicable), Fingerprint receipt, and Child Protective Registry Check Comfortable working onsite, providing direct support across multiple Kindergarten classrooms Flexible, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to a positive school environment
Responsibilities:
