Qualifications & Experience:
Possession of a valid Tier 4 Early Childhood Special Education teaching license Experience working in self-contained or specialized special education settings preferred Ability to effectively work with paraeducators and multidisciplinary teams Flexible, adaptable, and resourceful in a fast-paced educational environment Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to inclusive and individualized learning approaches
Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Provide differentiated instruction and support within a self-contained classroom Maintain documentation and complete required paperwork on designated days Collaborate with paraeducators and related service providers Support classrooms as a float substitute within the ECSE program as needed Foster a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment Embrace a rewarding role with a caring, collaborative team dedicated to student success.
