An exciting opportunity is available for a seasoned Special Education Teacher specializing in Developmental Cognitive Disabilities. This full-time, contract position is based at an elementary setting working with K-2 students. The assignment will begin at the end of February and continue through June 4, 2027, offering a meaningful way to support learners and foster growth over multiple academic years. Hours for this role are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each weekday. In this role, youll have the chance to make a lasting impact on a supportive and close-knit group of approximately 10 students, helping to develop individualized learning strategies and guide their social and academic progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minnesota Special Education licensure required Experience in developmental cognitive disabilities preferred Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring Strong classroom management skills and ability to modify curriculum Collaborative approach to working with support staff, families, and related service providers Positive attitude and dedication to fostering student success
