PM Key Qualifications:

Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational environment Previous paraprofessional or instructional aide background preferred Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Adaptable and patient—able to work with diverse learners and contribute to an inclusive setting High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education or related field is a plus

Responsibilities:
