This full-time, onsite role offers two openings for compassionate and dedicated paraprofessionals who are ready to work 1:1 with pediatric students. You'll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to the school community near Kingston, PA, helping individual students succeed academically and socially through personalized, hands-on support.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional in school settings, especially with pediatric populations Familiarity with 1:1 student support, including implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral strategies Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, therapists, and families Ability to maintain composure, positivity, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom environment Commitment to student confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 instructional and behavioral support tailored to an assigned student's needs Assist classroom teachers and related service providers with lesson activities, accommodations, and data collection Foster positive relationships to encourage student growth, independence, and confidence Support social integration and participation in both instructional and non-instructional activities Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school policies
