We host high-demand stained glass workshops in a fast-paced, modern studio environment. This role supports both behind-the-scenes production and in-class experiences, with the opportunity to grow into leading workshops. We Are Hiring for

Two Tracks:

Experienced Stained Glass Artists

• Glass cutting experience strongly preferred
• Assist with cutting and prepping pieces ahead of classes
• Support workshop execution and flow
• Opportunity to lead or co-lead classes No Experience? We'll Train You
• Assist during classes and learn our process
• Help with cutting, foiling, soldering, and organization
• Grow into an instructor role over time

What You'll Do:

• Support stained glass workshops from prep to cleanup
• Assist guests during class to ensure a smooth experience
• Help maintain organization and efficiency in the studio
• Follow structured processes to keep classes running on time

What We're Looking For:

• Good with hands / enjoys working with tools and materials
• Positive, reliable, and team-focused
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, social environment

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to follow step-by-step processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Bonus If You Have:

• Stained glass experience (especially cutting)
• Experience working with tools or hands-on crafts
• Interest in teaching or leading groups
