Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students in various subjects.
• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
• Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and other stakeholders to provide updates on student progress.
• Collaborate with other tutors and educators to share resources and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 8 months in role/15 hours a week.
