Job Description

Aerotek is hiring for a Commercial Installer Electrician with WEEKLY pay! Starting between $23-$30/hour! About the Role We're hiring a skilled Electrician to join a growing electrical services company working primarily on commercial projects across the Pittsburgh area, with some residential work as needed. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants steady work, strong benefits, and room to grow as the company expands. What You'll Be Doing Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on commercial job sites (with occasional residential projects) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Pull, terminate, and label wire; bend and install conduit for new construction and remodels Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform safe, long‑lasting repairs Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes and safety standards Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to support system reliability Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and project teams to keep work on schedule What We're Looking For Required Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in commercial and/or residential electrical work Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety practices Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings Experience bending conduit and pulling wire safely and accurately Reliable transportation to travel between job sites Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience with commercial new construction and remodels (restaurants, retail, malls, etc.) Familiarity working on active construction sites with multiple trades Customer‑focused attitude and professional jobsite presence Interest in growing into lead or supervisory responsibilities over time Why You'll Want to Work Here Full benefits package , including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays End‑of‑year bonuses that recognize performance and contribution Steady commercial work with project variety A growing company that values its electricians and promotes from within Opportunity to take on more responsibility and leadership as the company expands Work Environment Primarily commercial job sites throughout the Pittsburgh area , with some residential projects Work locations include restaurants, retail spaces, malls, and new construction Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions Fast‑paced, collaborative construction environment working alongside other skilled trades Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Verona, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
