ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues using meters, instruments, and specialized toolsRepair and maintain motors, switches, wiring, and automated systems to ensure optimal equipment performanceInstall, upgrade, and rewire electrical panels and components as neededSupport overall maintenance operations with mechanical, pneumatic, and basic welding tasksAssist with PLC programming and troubleshooting when requiredFollow all safety procedures and company standards while performing maintenance tasksCollaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiencyPerform additional duties as assigned to support plant operations 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Vocational or technical school training in electronics, electrical systems, or a related field9+ years of hands-on experience in electrical and electronic maintenance within an industrial settingStrong working knowledge of industrial equipment such as conveyors, compressors, silos, motors, and circuitsExperience with high and low voltage systems, conduit installation, and safety procedures (LOTO, fall protection, etc.)Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLC software, and related maintenance systemsAbility to read and interpret schematics, manuals, SOPs, and work ordersStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamEffective communication skills and a strong commitment to workplace safety
