Accountant / Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Administrator to join our award-winning team in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. This in-office role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional seeking a flexible part-time schedule in a collaborative investment banking environment. You'll play an important role in supporting the firm's day-to-day accounting and administrative operations, including client billing, payroll processing, reconciliations, expense reporting, accounts receivable, and maintaining organized financial records. Preparing and managing client billing Submitting payroll through ADP Reviewing and processing employee expense reports Completing bank and company credit card reconciliations Managing accounts receivable and routine accounting records Maintaining organized financial and administrative documentation Assisting with other general accounting and administrative responsibilities as needed Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required. Experience 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration experience preferred Knowledge and Skills Required Exceptional writing skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Experience with ADP payroll and QuickBooks accounting software preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Comfortable working independently in a professional office environment
