Job Description

Reporting directly to the Controller, the AP Specialist will be responsible for invoice processing, vendor management, payment administration, and general accounting support.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and code vendor invoices accurately and efficientlyRoute invoices to appropriate managers for approvalManage weekly check runs and payment processingMaintain vendor records, including W-9 documentationSet up new vendors within the accounting systemProcess and reconcile corporate credit card expensesAssist with sales tax administration and annual 1099 reportingMaintain Certificates of Insurance and related documentationResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesExtract and review accounting reports as needed
