We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support our quality standards—ensuring our operations are seamless, our documentation is flawless, and our clients receive the safe, compliant care they deserve. The Role (What You'll Do): Monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations to keep us ahead of the curve. Conduct internal reviews of charts and billing to spot trends and mitigate risks before they happen. Track corrective action plans and turn compliance "gaps" into growth opportunities. Prepare our team for successful surveys and inspections from regulatory and accrediting bodies. Partner with staff to simplify complex regulations and reinforce best practices.
What You Bring:
Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing (PAS/PHC experience is a major plus!) Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulations highly preferred. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems. Why Join Us?
