This role analyzes payer contracts, network pricing, reimbursement, and performance data to ensure contract requirements are met and identify opportunities to improve revenue. Responsibilities Analyze payer contracts, network pricing, reimbursement, and performance to identify trends and revenue opportunities. Develop efficient reporting and data analysis to support contracting decisions. Support contract negotiations, implementation, administration, and compliance. Partner with Finance, RCM, Operations, and Credentialing to gather and analyze data. Translate complex financial and contractual data into clear, actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. 2+ years of healthcare finance, value-based care, or payer/provider contracting experience is required. Strong knowledge of network pricing, contract analytics, and healthcare reimbursement, including CPT and HCPCS. Advanced Excel and reporting/BI skills. Experience with SQL, macros, ModMed, or other RCM/EMR systems preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, IPAs, MCOs, and payer networks. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to turn large, complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
