Job Description

Location :
Taylor, TX 76574 The Sr Financial Analyst will support the Financial Planning & Analysis team by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and implementing AI-driven tools and workflows to improve reporting, analysis, forecasting, and other financial processes. The role requires independent execution, collaboration with the FP&A team, solution testing, documentation, and training to ensure that developed tools can be effectively maintained and utilized.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for FP&A reporting and data analysis Integrate and analyze data from Workday ERP and Workday Adaptive Planning Apply Power BI best practices to dashboard development, reporting, and maintenance Identify opportunities to use AI to improve financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and business processes Evaluate and implement AI tools and workflows to support FP&A activities Test dashboards, AI solutions, and implemented tools based on business requirements and user feedback Modify and enhance tools and dashboards based on testing results and stakeholder feedback Independently manage assigned dashboard and tool development activities Keep the FP&A team informed of project progress, updates, and potential issues Document procedures used to develop, operate, and maintain dashboards and implemented tools Develop user documentation and supporting materials for implemented solutions Train FP&A team members on the use and maintenance of dashboards and tools Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities as required Apply accounting knowledge related to general ledger, revenues, expenses, amortizations, accruals, and payroll Support procurement-related financial processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoicing Communicate effectively with FP&A stakeholders throughout development, testing, and implementation

Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience providing comparable knowledge may be considered. Minimum 5 years of job-related work experience beyond degree requirements.
