Responsibilities:
- Review employee time records for completeness and accuracy, including overtime and hour validations before payroll deadlines.

- Examine personnel and pay-related documentation to confirm updates are reflected correctly in payroll records.
- Investigate payroll variances, deduction changes, and payment issues, then complete needed corrections in a timely manner.

- Administer items such as garnishments, tax levies, student loan deductions, and related third-party payment requests.
- Support reconciliation activities and research historical payroll information to address discrepancies and manual corrections.
- Maintain organized payroll documentation through proper filing, scanning, and record retention practices.
- Partner with HR and Accounting to coordinate updates, resolve exceptions, and help ensure smooth payroll processing for a workforce of approximately 900 employees.
- Assist with payroll preparation across biweekly cycles for most employees, with additional exposure to monthly payroll support as needed. Requirements
- Prior payroll experience is required, preferably supporting a workforce of more than 500 employees.
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred.
- Basic Excel skills and comfort working within payroll and timekeeping systems are required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit timecards, identify discrepancies, and protect confidential information.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with supervisors, HR, and Accounting in a fast-paced office setting.
- Ability to learn procedures quickly and contribute with minimal delay in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
- Organized work style with the ability to manage multiple payroll support tasks and meet recurring deadlines.
- Exposure to monthly or international payroll processes, including UK payroll, is a plus.
