Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Experience working with children or young adults in educational settings, particularly those with autism or behavioral challenges Ability to collect, record, and summarize behavioral data accurately Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to relate effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to follow behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong organizational and time management skills
Role Responsibilities:
