Job Description

We are looking for part-time staff to work with children between 3 pm and 8 pm in the following areas: Hemet Guiding Behavior Outcomes (www.guidingbehavioroutcomes.com) is looking for energetic people who enjoy working with clients' ages 1
  • 12 years of age with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
Instructors work one to one providing ABA therapy to our clients and their families to increase social outcomes. It will be part-time to start but if you have an open schedule and are seeking full-time, we will accommodate you as quickly as we can depending on our caseload.
ABA techniques utilized include:
discrete trial teaching (DTT), verbal behavior, error-less learning and natural environment teaching (NET).
Job Description:
Conduct daily in-home, school, or social sessions Work individually tailored programs that target behavior reduction, communication, play, self-help and social interactions, collect, record and maintain data on each child's progress Receive ongoing training through regular overlaps with Case Supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) All positions require: High school diploma 1 Year experience working with children with autism or in special education Pass a background and reference check CA Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience or courses in Applied Behavioral Analysis and DTT RBT Certification
  • Registered Behavior Therapist BA/BS in
Education, Child Development, Psychology, Social-Behavior Science Compensation:
Wages range from $22.00 to $26.00/per hour to start depending on experience and skills such BA degree, RBT, Spanish speaking, ASL BCBA supervision and RBT training course available Paid time off and health insurance for full-time staff
