Desired Background and Skills:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current and valid Maryland BCBA license required Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings strongly preferred Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong written and verbal communication skills
