Local Client Assignments You will serve families within your designated region , minimizing travel and allowing you to build meaningful relationships with clients and staff. Locations We are hiring BCBAs throughout Greater Los Angeles , including: Downtown Los Angeles East & West Los Angeles San Fernando Valley South Bay Long Beach Surrounding communities Caseloads are kept within your region whenever possible. What You'll Do As a BCBA at BLN, you will: Oversee individualized ABA treatment programs Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, Vineland) Develop data-driven treatment plans Lead parent and caregiver training Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure accurate documentation and progress reporting Our Clinical Philosophy We believe ABA should be: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Trauma-informed ✔ Evidence-based ✔ Individualized for each child Our goal is to allow clinicians to focus on quality care rather than productivity quotas. Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Active BCBA® certification in good standing Minimum 2 years experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills DOJ/FBI background clearance and TB test This role involves active engagement with clients and may include standing, kneeling, reaching, and assisting clients as needed.
