Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Your expertise in general dentistry and specialized procedures will help transform smiles and improve lives. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and implant placements. Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions using medical imaging and dental terminology, and develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document patient records accurately while adhering to HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Ensure infection control protocols and aseptic techniques are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment. Communicate clearly with patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care to foster trust and understanding. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and dental terminology, healthcare diagnosis procedures, and advances in dental technology for optimal patient care. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry as a Licensed Associate Dentist. Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in dental diagnosis, medical documentation, and client communication. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical imaging techniques, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance. Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and other specialty procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their oral health needs. Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and aseptic technique within the clinic environment.
