The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthodontics and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental and facial irregularities, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients. Your expertise will contribute to improving the oral health and confidence of our patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive examinations to diagnose orthodontic conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Utilize advanced dental fabrication techniques to create custom orthodontic appliances. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and treatment options. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient care. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Stay updated on advancements in orthodontic techniques and technologies. Perform necessary procedures such as four-handed dentistry, root canal therapy, and other relevant treatments as needed. Work closely with pediatric patients to provide a comfortable and supportive environment. Same day bonus. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental office operations. Experience with Epic software is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in patient care. Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
