This role supports adults with developmental disabilities in a licensed residential setting in Rosamond, California. Our team members provide daily care, structure, encouragement, and supervision in a safe and respectful home environment. Position Responsibilities Provide support with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meals) Assist with medication administration (self-administered per physician order) Prepare meals and follow established menus Maintain cleanliness of the home (housekeeping and laundry) Monitor and report changes in resident health or behavior Maintain accurate documentation and records Support implementation of Individual Program Plans (IPP) Provide transportation to appointments and community activities Follow emergency and safety procedures Maintain professional communication with residents, families, and team members Career Growth & Advancement We believe in developing strong team members.

Qualifications Required:

18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass Live Scan (DOJ/FBI clearance) TB clearance and physical exam CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to participate in required trainings

Preferred:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Prior caregiving or residential support experience Weekend and/or overnight availability preferred for full-time positions.
