Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing injections with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physiology and anatomy evaluations, to inform treatment plans and ensure optimal health outcomes. Maintain accurate medical documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Assist with venipuncture, IV insertion, and other invasive procedures while following strict infection control standards. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients across various settings such as hospital medicine, emergency rooms, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), geriatrics, and outpatient clinics. Respond swiftly to medical emergencies by utilizing first aid skills, CPR certification, AED operation, and emergency response protocols. Ensure compliance with all health regulations and nursing policies while maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care. Communicate clearly with patients' families or guardians regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and post-care instructions.
