Requirements:

Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license . Healthcare-professional-level CPR certification . Some college education or applicable nursing education. Knowledge of practical nursing procedures, pharmacology, patient care, first aid, CPR, HIPAA, and medication administration. Ability to recognize unusual or potentially threatening situations and respond appropriately. Ability to work independently while following established nursing procedures and treatment plans. Ability to walk extensively throughout a large healthcare campus. 1+ year of LPN experience preferred.
