Office Manager | Real Estate Development & Construction | Seattle, WA ???? $70K-$80K+ DOE | Flexible for the right candidate ???? Downtown Seattle | Hybrid - 3-4 days in office I'm working with a privately owned real estate development company that is looking to add an Office Manager to its small, close-knit Seattle team. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being the person who keeps things moving. You'll have exposure to accounting, construction projects, operations, vendors, properties, and general office administration. What You'll Do Handle AP and invoice processing for construction projects and company operations Enter invoices, process payments, and cut checks Support construction and development projects from start through completion Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property management partners Manage company licenses, assets, and operational needs Assist with property maintenance and project-related issues Support marketing and advertising initiatives Help edit brochures, website content, and other materials Handle mail, scanning, filing, and general office administration Take on additional responsibilities as needed What They're Looking For Construction, general contractor, or real estate experience strongly preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs Highly organized, proactive, and self-directed Comfortable working independently in a small office environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking ownership Comfortable stepping outside of traditional accounting or administrative responsibilities Why Consider It?
