What Youll Bring:

Must meet Minnesota Highly Qualified Para status: either passing the MN Paraprofessional Educator Exam or holding a minimum of 60 college credits (with official transcripts). Previous experience in school settings, particularly working with students with behavioral needs and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Comfortable with both 1:1 and classroom-wide support. Willing to assist with personal care and toileting as needed. Reliable transportation to travel between district school sites. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting students and teachers in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to same-day classroom coverage needs in one of several district crews (Champlin Park, Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, or Rivertrail Learning Center). Integrate quickly into different school teams and foster positive relationships with staff and students. Provide support for students with various learning, behavioral, and personal needs. Maintain proactive communication with crew supervisors and participate in daily scheduling updates via text. Uphold district and classroom behavior management protocols.
